Our Custom Tack Boxes All our tack boxes are constructed of 1/2" Baltic Birch Plywood which is glued, stapled and screwed together to provide a very impressive degree of rigidity and durability. All outside corners are protected by heavy duty aluminum corner trim. The outside is primed and finished with 3 coats of durable enamel in your colour choice. We have several standard sizes or we can custom build.
